Creamy Lime Sauce

April 19, 2024 By Adrienne Leave a Comment

I put this zesty sauce on everything Mexican-inspired, from all manners of tacos to rice dishes. It’s ready in about 3 minutes and can be covered and refrigerated for a few days to save for future meals. I use a funnel to transfer it to a squeeze bottle for easier application.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 c mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c sour cream
  • Juice from 2 limes
  • Zest from 1 lime
  • Kosher salt
  • Ground black pepper

PREPARATION:

Mix together mayo, sour cream, lime juice, and zest.

Season with salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate until ready to eat.
